Thank you for your interest in joining our team at Blue Water Travel! Blue Water Travel has over 26 years of experience in the Travel Industry and we are looking to grow our team with Independent Travel Advisors.
As an Independent Travel Advisor, you will have all the tools necessary to boost your sales with a generous commission package based on your experience and/or production. This is 100% commission based and you work at your own individual pace with your own individual goals. This can be a full-time job, in addition to your full-time job, a job after retirement or a hobby on the side. Either way, you are doing what you love to do – TRAVEL!

We are a top producing travel agency with preferred suppliers and we earn top tier commissions! That means more money in your pocket with more travel perks and access to Business Development Managers from the Tour Operators.
You will have access to FAM trips!
Individual training in person or via zoom so a laptop with a camera will be required. Some training will be online via webinars. Continued training is very important as suppliers and destinations offer these throughout the year in person and online.
Cost
We have a host fee of $250 for the first year and $200 per year after that. This covers your hosted email along with our client management tool, your training and insurance.
