What a perfect place to spend a long weekend at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos.  The views of the mountains on one side and the turquoise waves on the other.  From check-in to check out the staff treated us very well, go see Salomon in the Preferred Club bar for the best drinks and don't forget about Ceasar and Salomon at the Preferred Club pool- where I learned you need three towels for your chair.  The resort was at 25% capacity when we arrived and never felt like we were crowded or near anyone. The restaurants are no longer buffet style and sanitation was a top priority for all of the staff. We felt safer here than going to our local Walmart. 

​We traveled to the Grand at Moon Palace Cancun this past August 10-17th. Of course, traveling during a pandemic we were a little apprehensive, but decided to go any ways. We were so glad that we did. Everything from the airports to the transports to the hotel itself was being sanitized constantly. We wore masks in the airport, the airplanes and in the transport shuttle, but not at the resort. Everywhere we went, we were given hand sanitizer and offered sanitizing wipes for our phones. All workers wore masks, all the time.
With the resorts running 30% or less we never had to wait for anything. There are no buffets running, but the resorts more than make up for anything you think you could be missing. Everything was amazing, the service impeccable, the food delicious, the cocktails perfect, the staff unbeatable, the grounds beautifully manicured. This trip was a 10 out of 10 and we are excited to visit another Palace resort in less than two weeks.
